TouchSpot Inc announced that it has received approximately ¥260 million in an equity funding on January 11, 2024. The transaction included participation from new investors, UNITED, Inc., Venture Labo Investment, AirTrip Corp., Headline Asia, REGAIN GROUP, Inc., individual investor, Hodaka Kunimoto along with other investors. The company has raised funds through third-party allotment.
AirTrip Corp is a Japan-based company engaged in the online travel business, information technology (IT) offshore development business and investment business. The Company has three business segments. The Online Travel segment is engaged in the Internet sale of domestic air tickets and other travel products through operating travel products direct sale websites, providing travel contents under the brands of affiliated companies, and centralized management of procedures and arrangements related to business travel. The Company is also engaged in the Japan travel business such as camper cars rental and currency exchange business for foreign visitors. The IT Offshore Development segment is engaged in the provision of lab type system development services and business process outsourcing (BPO) services. The Investment segment is engaged in the investment business in growth and revitalization companies. The Company is also engaged in the advertising business.
