Bwell International Co., Ltd. announced that it has received investment in an equity round of funding on December 1, 2023. The transaction included participation from new investors Ubicom Holdings, Inc., AirTrip Corp., System Shared Inc., K Village Tokyo Co., Ltd., Morich Inc, Maccam Co., Ltd., NaS Inc., individual investors Koji Shibuya, Koichi Shimizu, Kenichi Hirai, and six other investors. The company raised the money through a third-party allotment.
Ubicom Holdings Inc is a Japan-based company engaged in software development, sales, and consultation business. The Company operates two business segments. The global segment consists of global department and enterprise solutions department, based in Japan and the Philippines, provides IT solution services to the manufacturing industries, including personal computer (PC) and information technology (IT) equipment, automobiles, and industrial machinery, and medical, financial, public, distribution/retail/service industries. The medical segment develops and sells software products for medical information systems for hospitals, other medical institutions, and related facilities, and provides contract development, medical data analysis, and consultation services.
