illumigene Co., Ltd. announced that it has received $33,000,000 in a round of funding on November 5, 2021. The transaction included participation from YOZMA GROUP KOREA Co.,Ltd., and Ubicom Holdings, Inc.
Ubicom Holdings Inc is a Japan-based company engaged in software development, sales, and consultation business. The Company operates two business segments. The global segment consists of global department and enterprise solutions department, based in Japan and the Philippines, provides IT solution services to the manufacturing industries, including personal computer (PC) and information technology (IT) equipment, automobiles, and industrial machinery, and medical, financial, public, distribution/retail/service industries. The medical segment develops and sells software products for medical information systems for hospitals, other medical institutions, and related facilities, and provides contract development, medical data analysis, and consultation services.
