Ubicom Holdings, Inc. provided consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023. For the year, the company expected net sales to be JPY 5,446 million; Operating profit to be JPY 1,254 million; Profit attributable to owners of parent to be JPY 925 million; and Basic earnings per share to be JPY 78.52.
Ubicom Holdings Inc is a Japan-based company engaged in software development, sales, and consultation business. The Company operates two business segments. The global segment consists of global department and enterprise solutions department, based in Japan and the Philippines, provides IT solution services to the manufacturing industries, including personal computer (PC) and information technology (IT) equipment, automobiles, and industrial machinery, and medical, financial, public, distribution/retail/service industries. The medical segment develops and sells software products for medical information systems for hospitals, other medical institutions, and related facilities, and provides contract development, medical data analysis, and consultation services.
