Ubicom Holdings, Inc. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024. For the year, the company expects to report net sales of JPY 6,400 million, operating profit of JPY 1,350 million, ordinary profit of JPY 1,369 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 963 million, and basic earnings per share of JPY 81.95.
Ubicom Holdings Inc is a Japan-based company engaged in software development, sales, and consultation business. The Company operates two business segments. The global segment consists of global department and enterprise solutions department, based in Japan and the Philippines, provides IT solution services to the manufacturing industries, including personal computer (PC) and information technology (IT) equipment, automobiles, and industrial machinery, and medical, financial, public, distribution/retail/service industries. The medical segment develops and sells software products for medical information systems for hospitals, other medical institutions, and related facilities, and provides contract development, medical data analysis, and consultation services.
