Akelius Residential Property AB (publ) reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2022. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was EUR 83 million compared to EUR 58 million a year ago. Net loss was EUR 443 million compared to net income of EUR 1,232 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was EUR 0.13 compared to EUR 0.04 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was EUR 0.08 compared to EUR 0.04 a year ago.
