EDP Ventures and EDP Renováveis, S.A. (ENXTLS:EDPR) has exercised an option to acquire an unknown minority stake in Principle Power, Inc. from Aker Offshore Wind AS (OB:AOW) on February 10, 2022. The transaction is expected be completed in the first quarter of 2022. The transaction is expected to be concluded in Q2 2022.
