AKM Creations Limited announced that it expects to receive INR 37.5 million in funding from Balmukund Tradelink Private Limited, Katyayani Tradelink Private Limited and other investors

AKM Creations Limited announced a private placement to issue 10,000,000 convertible warrants at an issue price of INR 3.75 for the gross proceeds of INR 37,500,000 on October 14, 2023. The transaction will include participation from new investors Balmukund Tradelink Private Limited for 3,800,000 warrants, Lataben Ashokbhai Vaghela for 300,000 warrants, Katyayani Tradelink Private Limited for 3,800,000 for warrants, Nila Biswakarma for 600,000 warrants, Bikash Rasily for 600,000 warrants, Sweta Maulikkumar Shah for 600,000 warrants and Samad Ahmed Khan for 300,000 warrants. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company and is subject to general shareholders.
