AKM Lace and Embrotex Limited announced Director Mr. Niraj Gulecha, has resigned from the post of Additional Director of the Company with effect from 13th June, 2022 after the business hours of the Company and Director Mr. Sagar Amar Patwa, has appointed as Additional Director (Non-Executive) of the Company with effect from 13th June, 2022.
