Al Shaheer Corporation has announced in its meeting on January 25, 2024, has accepted the resignation of Mr. Kamran Ahmed Khalili from his position as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, effective April 24, 2024. The company will announce the appointment of a new CEO in due course.

Al Shaheer Corporation Limited is a Pakistan-based holding company. The Company is principally engaged in trading of different kinds of halal meat, including goat, cow, chicken and fish, both for export market and local sales through chain of retail stores. The Companyâs subsidiary is Al Shaheer Farms (Private) Limited, whose principal activity is to carry on all kinds of farming, including agricultural, poultry, horticultural and dairy, and to purchase, acquire, keep, maintain, breed, sell or otherwise dispose of all kinds of cattle and other form of live stocks. It exports a full range of boneless and bone-in (halal meat) products to its customers and its abattoir are certified to export meat products to several regional markets. It exports fresh and frozen meat, and its products are processed and shipped according to safe food practices. These include beef, mutton, camel and offal. The Company has also caters local market and launched its own retail brands: Meat One and Khaas.
