--Alibaba Group Holding and China Mobile Ltd. are considering investing 3 billion yuan ($442.4 million) in Zhejiang Dahua Technology Co., Reuters reported, citing unnamed sources.

--The joint investment in the Shenzhen-listed surveillance-equipment producer may be done via a private share placement in the coming weeks, according to Reuters.

--China Mobile is also in talks for a CNY40 billion, three-year business agreement with Dahua, for the use of Dahua's big-data and cloud-computing services, the report said.
