Alight, Inc. provided earnings outlook for the year 2022. For the period, the company's revenue outlook of $3.09 to $3.12 billion (growth of 6% to 7%)
and EBITDA outlook of $650 to $662 million, ahead of initial 2022 guidance of $640 million; on track to 2023 revenue growth target of 10%.
Alight, Inc. is a cloud-based provider of integrated digital human capital and business solutions. The Companyâs segments include Employer Solutions and Professional Services. The Employer Solutions segment is driven by its Alight Worklife platform, and includes total employee wellbeing, integrated benefits administration, healthcare navigation, financial wellbeing, leave of absence management, retiree healthcare and payroll. It leverages data across all interactions and activities to improve the employee experience, reduce operational costs and better inform management processes and decision-making. The Professional Services segment includes its project-based cloud deployment and consulting offerings that provide expertise with both human capital and financial platforms. Specifically, this includes cloud advisory and deployment, and optimization services for cloud platforms, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and Cornerstone OnDemand.
