All Ring Tech Co., Ltd. (TPEX:6187) announces a share repurchase program. Under the plan, the company will repurchase up to 1,200,000 shares, representing 1.44% stake for TWD 1,240.16 million. The shares will be repurchased in a price range of TWD 55 per share to TWD 110 per share.
The purpose of the program is to transfer shares to employees. The repurchase program will be valid till October 7, 2022. As of August 9, 2022, the company had 1,870,000 shares in treasury.
ALL RING TECH CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the design, manufacturing, processing and distribution of automatic machinery equipment. The Company's primary products include testing equipment, passive component devices, light emitting diode (LED) devices, thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) equipment, semiconductor equipment and solar energy equipment, such as resistance testers, inductance testers, array testers, cutting machines, parts feeders, integrated circuit (IC) testers, substrate loaders, substrate unloaders, chargers and ball mounters.
