The Investment Holding segment is engaged in investment holding activities. The General insurance segment is engaged in underwriting of all classes of general insurance business. The Life insurance segment includes underwriting of all classes of life insurance and investment- linked business. Its general insurance products include car and motorcycle, roadside assistance, home insurance, personal insurance, and hospital and surgical. Its life insurance products include protection, medical and critical illness, savings, retirement, employee benefits, and investment and investment funds. Its subsidiaries include Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad, Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad and Bright Mission Berhad.
