In a move to further support independent brokers Allianz Commercial has launched a new model to provide a consistent, yet tailored approach to broker relationships.
Brokers will be segmented into three tiers - identified as
All three segments have at their core the key elements that brokers expect from an insurer, namely:
speed of underwriting
quality of service
strong relationships
competitive pricing
flexible underwriting and cover
customer focus
Alongside this, the newly created Allianz Accelerator programme is available for selected high potential independent brokers to support mutual growth.
Products, services and campaigns will be aligned to brokers' requirements to support them with their own growth ambitions and customer servicing whilst building and rewarding loyal relationships.
Accelerator brokers will have access to enhanced relationship opportunities, trading benefits and business support to help them grow. This includes structured monthly engagement, access to branch and relationship building events, broker training and specific remuneration.
