On March 2, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing it has reached a definitive agreement to sell the net assets of its Hospitals & Large Physician Practices business segment to N. Harris Computer Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. for a purchase price of up to $700 million cash. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and additional conditions and is expected to close during the second quarter.
