ALPHA SERVICES AND HOLDINGS S.A. Alpha Bank acquires full control of Cepal [23.7.2020]
Alpha Bank S.A. (the "Bank") announces that on 22.7.2020 it acquired the full control of Cepal Sole Shareholder Company S.A. ("Cepal").
The transaction is a further step in the implementation by the Bank of Project Galaxy with the ultimate objective of restoring its balance sheet strength.
