As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 35,000,000 shares, representing 1.49% of its share capital. The minimum price to be paid for repurchases is ?0.29 per share and the maximum price to be paid for repurchase is ?3 per share.

The program will serve any and all purposes permitted by applicable laws and the regulatory framework, including the free distribution of own shares to Members of the Management and the Personnel of the Company and its Affiliates The authorization will be valid for 24 months,from the day after the day of passing of this resolution. As of July 27, 2023, the company had 2,348,908,567 issued shares.
