ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF DIVIDEND

"ALPHA TRUST HOLDINGS S.A.» (hereinafter the «Company») informs the investors, pursuant to section 4.1.3.4 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, that the Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders, held on May 15, 2024, decided the distribution of the profits of the financial year 2023 and in particular the amount of € 20.000 and of previous years (financial 2021) and in particular the amount of € 1.710.000, in the form of a dividend distribution of a gross amount of € 0,5629872036 per share. The above amount is increased by the amount attributable to the Company's own shares, which amount to 41,250 and which are not entitled to dividend.

According to the tax provisions in force, the above dividend amount is subject to a 5% withholding tax, therefore the net dividend payable amounts to € 0,5348378434 per share.

The Ordinary General Meeting set, Monday, 20.05.2024, as the Ex-dividenddate, Tuesday, 21.05.2024, as the Dividend beneficiaries - Record date and Monday, 27.05.2024, as the Dividend payment commencement date (minus the statutory tax charges/deductions).

The payment of the dividend shall be made through "Piraeus Bank S.A." as follows:

1. Through the Participants of the beneficiaries in the DSS (Banks and brokerage companies) in accordance with the applicable Rulebook of the Hellenic Central Securities Depository
2. Especially in cases of dividend payment to heirs of deceased beneficiaries whose securities are held in the Special Account of their Shares in the DSS, under the handling of ATHEXCSD, the dividend payment procedure shall be carried out after the completion of the legalization of the heirs, through the network of branches of the paying Bank.
