The debtor listed its assets of less than $0.05 million and liabilities in the range of $0.50 million to $1 million. The debtor is represented by Eric Michael English of Porter Hedges LLP as its legal counsel.
The debtor also hired Houlihan Lokey Capital, Inc., and its affiliates as its investment banker. Ryan Bouley and Sean Clements of Huron Consulting Services LLC are hired as chief restructuring officer and deputy chief restructuring officer. Kroll Restructuring Administration LLC is hired as claims, noticing and solicitation agent.
