MOL RES Investments Ltd., Fonix Private Equity Fund, managed by Diofa Asset Management and Riverland Private Equity Fund, managed by Indotek-Investments Zrt. entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire a 9.990% stake in ALTEO plc from Wallis Asset Management Zrt. for HUF 5.8 million.

MOL RES Investments Ltd., Fonix Private Equity Fund, managed by Diofa Asset Management and Riverland Private Equity Fund, managed by Indotek-Investments Zrt. entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire a 9.99% stake in ALTEO plc from Wallis Asset Management Zrt. for HUF 5.8 million on December 16, 2022.

As of February 17, 2023, transaction is expected to be completed by the end of March 2023. Pál Szabó, Konrád Siegler, Csongor Tompa and Dániel Arányi of Bird & Bird advised MOL on the transaction.
