The following information is provided in accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006:
Further to the announcement made on 4 March 2021, Steve Smith stepped down as Chairman and resigned as a Director of the Company effective 1 May 2021.
The Company confirms that Steve Smith will receive pro-rated fees as Non-Executive Chairman up to and including 1 May 2021 at the rates set out in the Company's 2020 Annual Report. No other remuneration payment or any payment for loss of office of the type specified in Section 430(2B) will be made to Steve Smith.
