Alternergy Holdings Corporation, formerly Alternergy Viento Partners Corp., is a Philippines-based renewable energy holding company. The Company has a portfolio of investee companies, which embarked on different renewable energy projects, such as wind, solar, hydro, floating solar and battery storage power projects. The Company operates through four segments: Wind Energy, Hydro Energy, Solar Energy and Retail Energy Supplier (RES). Wind Energy segment is engaged in generation and supply of wind power to various customers under power supply contracts. Hydro Energy segment is engaged in generation and supply of hydro power to various customers under power supply contracts. Solar Energy segment is engaged in generation and supply of solar power to various customers under power supply contracts. Retail Energy Supplier (RES) segment is engaged in the marketing and retail of electricity to various customers under power supply contracts.
