AltPlus Inc. (TSE:3672) announced that it will issue 28,000 series 5 warrants at a price of ¥557 per warrant for gross proceeds of ¥15,596,000 and 5,000 series 6 warrants at a price of ¥536 per warrant for gross proceeds of ¥2,680,000, for aggregate gross proceeds of ¥18,276,000 on August 30, 2018. The transaction will include participation from SBI Securities Co., Ltd. and existing investor Macquarie Bank Limited for 14,000 series 5 warrants and 2,500 series 6 warrants each. Each warrant is exercisable for 100 common shares during September 18, 2018 to September 17, 2020. Series 5 warrants is exercisable at ¥906 and series 6 warrant is exercisable at ¥1,200 per warrant. The company will receive ¥3,155,076,000 on exercise of warrants. The company will pay total expenses of ¥34,294,400 as legal expenses, warrant evaluation expenses, securities registration statement creation fees and change registration expenses. The expected allotment date is September 18, 2018. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
