On January 30, Suffren Holding declared to the AMF that it had individually exceeded the thresholds of two-thirds of Altur Investissement's capital and voting rights, and held 68.41% of the capital and 68.02% of the voting rights.

This crossing resulted from the cancellation by Altur Investissement of 294,638 of its own shares, following its public share buyback offer. François Lombard stated that he held 76.71% of the capital and 76.11% of the voting rights.
