The Companyâs product portfolio includes automotive pistons, aluminum castings and engine sets. Additionally, the Company is involved in the design, production and marketing of non-automotive engines. The Company provides also technical assistance and services. Altur SA distributes its products nationally and abroad, including Germany, Poland, France, Czech Republic, Italy, Egypt, Syria and Iran. As of December 31, 2011, Mecanica Rotes SA was the major shareholder in the Company, with a 28.15% stake in Altur SA.
