Mankind" as the core value of social responsibility,

takes rewarding shareholders, empowering

employees, benefiting customers and society, and

cherishing environment as the Company's mission,

and effectively integrates social responsibility into

the Company's business management system (CBS).

We established a responsibility management system

which achieves full coverage of the Company's main

business units, released "Chalco Social Responsibility

Management Module" documents regulating

responsibility management system, organizational

system, documents system and evaluation system.

Five areas of responsibility are identified, which

are corporate governance, employee rights and

interests, environmental protection, fair operation and

community support. At the same time, the scope,
