Amaze Co., Ltd. (FKSE:6076) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,800,000 shares, representing 11.8% of its issued share capital, for ¥ 2,300 million. The repurchase price will be ¥ 1,235 per share.
The purpose of the program is to enable future flexible capital policy. As of April 12, 2024, the company had 15,203,610 shares (excluding treasury stock) and 390 shares in treasury.
