On July 15, 2020 Custodian appointed David Lazar as the Health Revenue Assurance Holdings Inc. President, Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors. David Lazar, 30, has been CEO and Chairman of the Company since May 16, 2018.
AmeriGuard Security Services, Inc. is a security services company, specializing in armed security guards. The Company specializes in the installation, service and monitoring of on-premises security systems in Central California. It offers an array of armed and unarmed patrol officers, including armed vehicle patrol, alarm response, security surveillance, and background investigation, among others.
