AMUR MINERALS CORPORATION (AIM: AMC) Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Amur Minerals Corporation ('Amur' or the 'Company'), the nickel-copper sulphide mineral exploration and resource development company focused on the far east of Russia, announces that a circular ('Circular') and Notice of General Meeting is being posted to Shareholders today.

The General Meeting will be held on 24 August 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT. The General Meeting is being convened in relation to the Company's recently announced proposed sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, AO Kun-Manie. A copy of the Circular and Notice of General Meeting is available on the Company's website, https://amurminerals.com/.

Amur Minerals Corporation (AMC) is a natural resources exploration and development company. The Company and its subsidiaries locate, evaluate, acquire, explore and develop mineral properties and projects in the Russian Far East. The Company's principal asset is the Kun-Manie sulfide nickel, copper project located in Amur Oblast, with JORC resources in excess of 830,000 nickel equivalent tons. The Company's Kun-Manie project is involved in the exploration for minerals within the Kun-Manie license areas in Russia. The Company's project license area covers approximately 36 square kilometers. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary is ZAO Kun-Maine.
