Ananti Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was KRW 345.26 million compared to negative sales of KRW 976.34 million a year ago. Net income was KRW 99,738.17 million compared to net loss of KRW 46,619.27 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 1,139 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of KRW 540 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 1,055. Basic earnings per share was KRW 1,139 compared to basic loss per share of KRW 540 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was KRW 1,051.
For the six months, sales was KRW 889.82 million compared to KRW 1,344.72 million a year ago. Net income was KRW 76,602.73 million compared to net loss of KRW 17,942.99 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 877 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of KRW 209 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 825. Basic earnings per share was KRW 877 compared to basic loss per share of KRW 209 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was KRW 825.
Ananti Inc, formerly Emerson Pacific Inc, is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the golf course leisure business. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Resort Operation segment is mainly engaged in the operation of golf resorts such as Kumgang Ananti Golf and Spa Resort, Hilton Namhae Golf and Spa Resort and others, and golf course clubs such as Jung Ang Country Club, international management group (IMG) National Country Club and others. The Pre-sale segment is engaged in the resorts construction and pre-sale business.
