Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 289.09 million compared to PHP 233.25 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 1,009.04 million compared to PHP 1,148.44 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 111.05 million compared to PHP 97.03 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.1 compared to PHP 0.09 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.1 compared to PHP 0.09 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was PHP 851.15 million compared to PHP 719.26 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 3,388.74 million compared to PHP 3,335.25 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 414.5 million compared to PHP 327.05 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.38 compared to PHP 0.29 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.38 compared to PHP 0.29 a year ago.
