Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 388.84 million compared to PHP 289.09 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 1,006.48 million compared to PHP 1,009.04 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 143.98 million compared to PHP 111.05 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.13 compared to PHP 0.1 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.13 compared to PHP 0.1 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was PHP 1,119.06 million compared to PHP 851.15 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 4,034.53 million compared to PHP 3,388.74 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 460.83 million compared to PHP 414.5 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.42 compared to PHP 0.38 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.42 compared to PHP 0.38 a year ago.
