The board of directors of Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. proposed to approve the cash dividend of PHP 0.02 per share for common shares in Annual Stockholders' Meeting to be on July 15, 2022. The dividend will be paid to stockholders of record as of June 17, 2022. Payment date is on July 8, 2022.
Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. is a holding company of the ALHI Group. The Condominium sales segment is focused on the development of high-end condominium units for sale to third parties. The Leasing segment includes commercial units and shopping centers for lease to third parties. The Property management segment includes facilities management and consultancy services covering condominium and building administration. The Hotel operation segment is focused on management of hotel business operations.
