Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 332.94 million compared to PHP 229.4 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 1,148.67 million compared to PHP 1,071.45 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 157.77 million compared to PHP 151.78 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.14 compared to PHP 0.13 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.14 compared to PHP 0.13 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was PHP 730.22 million compared to PHP 562.06 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 3,028.04 million compared to PHP 2,379.7 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 316.84 million compared to PHP 303.45 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.29 compared to PHP 0.28 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.29 compared to PHP 0.28 a year ago.
