Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made on 7 May 2024, where it was announced that the general meeting had resolved to change the name of the company from Andfjord Salmon AS to Andfjord Salmon Group AS (the "Company"). 

The name change has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's ticker on Euronext Growth Oslo (ANDF) remains unchanged.
