Andover National Corporation entered into an asset purchase and contribution agreement to acquire 60% stake in Certain Assets of Potter’s Professional Lawn Care, Inc. for $1.7 million.

Andover National Corporation entered into an asset purchase and contribution agreement to acquire 60% stake in Certain Assets of Potter’s Professional Lawn Care, Inc. for $1.7 million on February 3, 2020. As per the terms of transaction Potter’s Professional Lawn Care, LLC will also assume certain liabilities. Under the terms an employment agreement with Nina Potter Fernandez duly executed by Potter’s Professional Lawn Care, LLC. In a related transaction, ANC Green Solutions - Potter’s, LLC entered into in Rollover Contribution Agreement to acquire 40% interest in Certain Assets of Potter’s Professional Lawn Care, Inc. in exchange for equity securities of ANC Green Solutions - Potter’s.
