Bengbu Dezhiji Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership), Bengbu Deyilong Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Shi Weidong agreed to acquire 25% stake in Bengbu Deli Solar Materials Co., Ltd from Anhui Deli Household Glass Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002571) for CNY 25 million on June 28, 2021. The transaction is approved by board of Anhui Deli Household Glass Co., Ltd. Bengbu Deli Solar Materials reported total assets of CNY 100 million and total common equity of CNY 100 million till March 31, 2021.
