Anhui Guangxin Agrochemical Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603599) agreed to acquire 70% stake in Liaoning Shixing Pharmaceutical & Chemical Co.,Ltd. from Wang Baoqin for CNY 210 million on March 18, 2022. Anhui Guangxin shall pay Ms. Wang Baoqin RMB 70000000.00 within 30 days from the date when this agreement takes effect and the agreed prerequisites are met. As of December 31, 2021, the total assets of Liaoning Shixing Pharmaceutical & Chemical Co., Ltd. were CNY 600.6802 million, the total liabilities were CNY 444.0932 million, and the owner's equity was CNY 156.587 million, the operating income in 2021 was CNY 1,033,054,000, and the net profit was CNY 274,182,700. Board of directors of Anhui Guangxin Agrochemical approved the transaction.
