The Company's activities are divided into five business segments: Fuel, which focuses on the distribution of liquid fuels and lubricants, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and natural gas through Compania de Petroleos de Chile Copec SA; Forestry, which offers timber, pulp and wood products through Celulosa Arauco y Constitucion SA; Gas, which is responsible for the gas distribution through Abastible SA; Fishing, which includes fish catching and seafood processing through Pesquera Iquique - Guanaye SA, and Oil pipeline, which provides pipeline transportation of crude oil through Sociedad Nacional Oleoductos SA. The Company is controlled by Inversiones Angelini y Compania Ltda.
