Business Breakthrough, Inc. (TSE:2464) concluded a share transfer agreement to acquire Blending Japan Co., Ltd. from Taku Sakai on May 14, 2021. Under the transaction, Business Breakthrough will acquire 700 shares of Blending Japan Co., Ltd. from its Representative Director Taku Sakai. Following the acquisition, Blending Japan Co., Ltd will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Business Breakthrough, Inc. The transaction was resolved at the Board of Directors meeting of Business Breakthrough held on May 14, 2021. The planned execution date of the share transfer is May 31, 2021.
