Business Breakthrough, Inc. (TSE:2464) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 200,000 shares, representing 1.4% of the outstanding shares for ¥100 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy. The program will run until July 26, 2019. As of March 31, 2019, the company had 14,263,524 shares outstanding and 199,976 shares in treasury.
