APA GROUP APA Group crews are investigating a gas leak on the Young Lithgow Pipeline that has affected gas supply to Bathurst, Wallerawang, Lithgow and Oberon.
While we continue to investigate the cause, an initial assessment suggests that flooding is likely to be a factor.
The gas leak has been isolated and made safe, however, this is expected to take some time to investigate and repair.
Our crews are working closely with Jemena, the network operator, and as quickly and as safely as possible in these difficult conditions.
We will provide updates as soon as they become available.
