Apex International Co., Ltd. Approves the Establishment of the Sustainable Development Committee and the Appointment of Members of the SDC

Apex International Co., Ltd. Board of Directors has approved the establishment of the Sustainable Development Committee ("SDC") and the appointment of members of the SDC as follows: Director /CEO: Mr. Jui-Hsiang Chou; Independent Director: Mr. Chau-Chin Su; and Independent Director: Jesadavat Priebjrivat. Tenure period of this session will start from June 24, 2022 to May 23, 2025, tenure of the members will be the same as the expiration of the Board of Directors.
Apex International Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of double-sided and multi-layer printed circuit boards (PCBs). Its PCBs are applied in electronic products, such as digital versatile disks (DVDs), liquid crystal display televisions (LCD TVs), fax machines, air conditioners, digital cameras, projectors, TV tuners, voltage converters and light-emitting diode (LED) lighting equipment; computer peripherals, such as DVD players, recordable machines, printers, power supplies, hard drives and motherboards; communication equipment, such as mobile phones, set-top boxes and satellite TV receivers, as well as automotive audio components.
