ARA US Hospitality Trust announced appointment of Lim Kai Lun as head of finance. Appointment date is July 28, 2023. Role And Responsibilities: The position is executive in nature.

Assistant Vice President, Group Finance January 2020 to November 2020 ARA Asset Management Limited Assistant Finance Director September 2015 to January 2020 SIA Engineering Company Limited Assistant Manager, Corporate Accounts September 2008 to September 2015. Professional Qualifications: Chartered Accountant, Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants Bachelor of Accountancy, Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.

ARA US Hospitality Trust is a Singapore-based stapled company, which comprises ARA US Hospitality Property Trust (ARA H-REIT) and ARA US Hospitality Management Trust (ARA H-BT). The Company's objective is to increase shareholder value through delivering stable and growing distributions to stapled security holders and achieving long-term growth in distribution and in the net asset value per stapled security while maintaining an appropriate capital structure. The Company invests in real estate assets used primarily for hospitality and/or hospitality-related purposes located in the United States. The Company's portfolio comprises approximately 37 select-service hotels with a total of 4,826 rooms across 19 states in the United States. The Company is managed by ARA Trust Management (USH) Pte. Ltd. (REIT Manager) and ARA Business Trust Management (USH) Pte. Ltd. (Trustee-Manager), collectively known as the Managers.
