ARA US Hospitality Trust reported earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2023. For the full year, the company reported sales was USD 175.5 million compared to USD 169.02 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 11.14 million compared to net income of USD 9.51 million a year ago.

Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.0193 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.0167 a year ago. ARA US Hospitality Trust is a Singapore-based stapled company, which comprises ARA US Hospitality Property Trust (ARA H-REIT) and ARA US Hospitality Management Trust (ARA H-BT). The Company's objective is to increase shareholder value through delivering stable and growing distributions to stapled security holders and achieving long-term growth in distribution and in the net asset value per stapled security while maintaining an appropriate capital structure. The Company invests in real estate assets used primarily for hospitality and/or hospitality-related purposes located in the United States. The Company's portfolio comprises approximately 37 select-service hotels with a total of 4,826 rooms across 19 states in the United States. The Company is managed by ARA Trust Management (USH) Pte. Ltd. (REIT Manager) and ARA Business Trust Management (USH) Pte. Ltd. (Trustee-Manager), collectively known as the Managers.
