ARA US Hospitality Trust is a Singapore-based stapled company, which comprises ARA US Hospitality Property Trust (ARA H-REIT), a real estate investment trust and ARA US Hospitality Management Trust (ARA H-BT), a business trust. The Trust's investment strategy is to invest in a portfolio of income-producing real estate which is used primarily for hospitality and/or hospitality-related purposes, located in the United States (U. S). The Company's portfolio comprises approximately 35 select-service hotels with a total of 4,573 rooms across 18 states in the United States. The Company is managed by ARA Trust Management (USH) Pte. Ltd. (REIT Manager) and ARA Business Trust Management (USH) Pte. Ltd. (Trustee-Manager), collectively known as the Managers.
