Gentlemen/ respected Securities Commission Subject: Annual report for the year 2021 With reference to the above subject, and since the company did not provide you with the annual report for the year 2021, we present to you the following: First: The company held an ordinary general assembly meeting, on 03/07/2021, in order to elect a new board of directors and appoint a legal auditor for the company for the fiscal year 2021. Due to the lack of a quorum in the aforementioned meeting, the meeting was canceled at the time according to the instructions regulating the procedures for meetings of public bodies issued under the Defense Act. Second: s. Third: s. Fourth: Fifth: s. Sixth: y. Fifth: The temporary management committee called for a meeting of the general assembly to elect a new board of directors on 24/02/2022, and the meeting was canceled due to lack of quorum, then it called for another meeting on 20/03/2022 and the meeting was postponed due to lack of quorum The legal date of 3/26/2022, when a new board of directors was elected. Sixth: s. Seventh: te. Eighth: The company did not commit any violations related to the issue of non-disclosure of the annual report and financial statements previously, but due to what was previously detailed, the company was unable to disclose the audited financial statements on time, bearing in mind that the annual report and the fundamental financial statements will be disclosed in the event issued directly. Please kindly study the above subject and do not consider the delay in submitting the financial statements as a violation, because there is no underlying intention for the violation, or deception, manipulation, willful neglect
