Arakawa Chemical Industries, Ltd. (TSE:4968) signed a contract to acquire Yamaguchi Seiken Kogyo K.K. from Yoshinobu Yamaguchi and other family on May 28, 2015. Arakawa Chemical Industries will acquire 400 shares in the deal. Yoshinobu Yamaguchi will sell 52.5% stake while a family of 6 people will sell 47.5% stake. Yamaguchi Seiken Kogyo will become a subsidiary of Arakawa Chemical Industries. The deal is resolved by the Board of Directors of Arakawa Chemical Industries and is expected to close on June 12, 2015.
