Nicolas Chartier and Guillaume Paoli, the co-founders of Aramis Goup, have both separately declared to the AMF that they exceeded the threshold of 10% of Aramis voting rights on June 21, due to the allocation of double voting rights to companies they control.

Through Sensei Investment and Laurelin respectively, the two co-founders stated that they each held 8.92% of the capital and 10.01% of the voting rights of the vehicle sales group.

They both intend to acquire Aramis shares on the market, depending on opportunities and market conditions, but not to request their appointment or that of one or more persons to the management bodies.
